La Quisquillosa was born from the dream of Joaquín Aragón: to create a house of meals where there is a lot of product, stocks, stews, sauces and flavors of a lifetime. A place where you breathe dynamism, spontaneity and fun.
The name of The Quibbler is a double tribute that I pay:
To my father, for those moments at the party table. Those occasions of celebration that meant hours and hours of preparation and eternities in my emotions.
To my wife Raquel, for her support. We work hard so that when you sit in our house you do it like us, in the warmth of memories.
