Letras de Laurel was born as a pinchos bar and restaurant in Logroño on December 3, 2012. Merging art into a single space in the form of poetry where its walls collect Riojan verses that inspire its cuisine, and on the other hand the art of gastronomy based on fresh products, Rioja market cuisine, giving rise to a pinchos and tapas bar that has won several awards and dishes with which a daily menu is made in the middle of Logroño’s laurel street.
In the first space we find a complete pinchos bar, including specialties such as Oído Cocina, Apron de Oro and Champion of the XVI Concurso de Pinchos y Tapas de La Rioja in 2017, and tapas as popular as the Lollipop of Iberian Sirloin, the fresh Foie, the artichokes in two textures, and another multiple variety of tapas based on the fresh product. Of course, all this accompanied by an extensive wine cellar with a clear Rioja spirit as characterizes Laurel Street in Logroño.
In the interior space we find the lounge of the modern and cozy restaurant to be able to enjoy the most elaborate and notable dishes of its menu of the day with a wide variety of both starters and mains, all of them homemade and to finish off the succulent menu of homemade desserts. There is also the memorable tasting menu of dishes and the menu from the bar to the table that brings us the tasting of the most successful pinchos to the room itself for the diner to enjoy in a more relaxed place.
